Purchased Insanity Pina Colada and Edge Pump to use as combo (1 scoop Insanity and 2 scoop Pump) and take it about 30min before a workout. I get the tingle that I love throughout my skin, can start feeling heart rate rising, more awake and alert. During work out you can always feel how much tighter (pumped) the area that I'm focusing on becomes. You just feel fuller, and it stays that way for a while. This is a solid and effective pre workout and will remain a customer

Absolutely incredible pump, and it really does help with focus & pushing through those long intense workouts.
It can be a bit intense at first, energy wise and (and as someone with ADHD) the nootropics take some getting used to.
This gets me literally sweating. I use it primarily for my extra long & intense leg days.
Would recommend for experienced lifters but not those with any caffeine sensitivity or heart issues.

Ever since weapon x got ahold of me, with their mind wipes after every mission, I haven't felt as focused as I did today while using this pre-work out. Pumps so crazy it was actually fighting against my healing factor. Haven't crashed yet so I guess bourbon it is tonight. Beats Hyde, gorilla mind, gnc, ghost, redcon. Not saying it made me PR today but it sure helped going from 235 to 270 on bench today. Amazing stuff. Don't change anything.
